Founded in 1997, Calgary-based WellPoint Systems also has operations in Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Livingston, New Jersey, NJ; Tampa, FL; Tunis, Tunisia and Pretoria, South Africa. In 2006, WellPoint acquired (IDEAS International ), Inc. and then (Bolo ) Systems, Inc.〔(Mergers such as Bolo/WellPoint can benefit oil and gas marketplace )〕 and (iSoft Technologies ) (pty) Ltd. in 2007. Wellpoint's software products include AX EAM, BOLO, Energy Broker, Energy Financial Management and IDEAS.
